"Been waiting 2 weeks for a simple call back. I've gone to office, called numerous times, and was promised a call back each time. And nothing. I've never been treated with utter disrespect from a busines that I pay thousands to a year. I've reach out to corporate, and same thing. No response. I've used state farm for 30 years gonna have to change. Zero stars for this branch.
